Sunday Mornings
at 10:30 a.m.

As you arrive at the church, greeters will be ready to welcome you and help you find your way. In the sanctuary, you’re welcome to choose any seat, or an usher will gladly assist you and your family. For little ones, our nursery is available for ages 0–3, and Children’s Church is offered for ages 3–5.

What to Expect

At the Free Church, you can expect plenty of parking, comfortable
attire, helpful connections, uplifting music, and Biblically-based
teaching in every worship service.

When and where?

Services begin at 10:30am at 211 Arnold Ave N, Thief River Falls, MN.

Where do I park and enter?

You may park in one of three locations:

  • Church parking lot near the Worship Center (Accessible parking available)
  • Street parking on Arnold Ave.
  • Street parking on 2nd Street.
  • What should I wear?

    There is no dress code!

    What happens with my kids?

The Free Church welcomes and values children of all ages!

Children 0-3 can be dropped off at the Nursery.

Children ages 3-5 may sit with their parents for the music portion of the service, then have the option to leave for a special Children's time during the sermon.

For new mothers, we also have a private nursing room available with a live feed of the service.

    What is the service like?

We value Biblically-based music and teaching. Our music is a blend of
contemporary and traditional songs that proclaim the story of the Gospel through songs of God’s glory, our sinfulness, His grace, and our
    gratitude.

Our teaching team (which includes Pastor Kevin MacLean) typically preaches expositionally through the Bible each week. We explain the meaning of a specific passage in detail, drawing out the intended message from the text itself by considering its context and meaning.

    How long is it?

You can usually expect our services to last one hour and fifteen minutes. Once the service is over, please feel free to stick around and get to know our church family!

    Accessibility & Mobility

Our sanctuary, classrooms, and meeting spaces are wheelchair accessible. Accessible restrooms are available, and manual wheelchairs are available upon request.

    Hearing & Vision Assistance

T-Coil and headphone-style hearing assist devices are available at the Connect Counter. We’ve also designated seating areas designed to help those with hearing or vision challenges experience the service more
    clearly.

The Free Church welcomes all people, and we will serve you as best we can. If there are accommodations you need that are above and beyond this list, contact our church office, and we will be happy to serve you.

    Sunday School / additional opportunities

The Connect Counter is the central hub where you can find information. Want to sign up for a group? Looking for opportunities to serve? Just look for the big, dark blue wall with the word “CONNECT.”

    Sunday School - 9:00 a.m.

In addition to the Sunday Service, our 9:00 a.m. classes offer a safe and faith-filled environment where children and students can grow in their relationship with Jesus.

    Adult Sunday School

Adults gather in the Chapel for a time of learning and discussion. Each week, they engage with a variety of Bible-centered studies that encourage spiritual growth, deepen understanding of Scripture, and foster meaningful conversation about how God’s Word applies to everyday life.
